1、Handle incidents/problems raised by Functional experts, ensure the service level agreements are met. Leverage company solutions (e.g. Service Now) for incident/problem management and handles crisis call or whiteboard if necessary.
2、Understand, interpret architecture/ Support interfaces and perform technical troubleshooting.
3、Develop/maintain/improve standard operational procedures.
4、Continuously identify and improve system to meet business’growing requirements.
5、Involvement in project activity, including supportability advice and providing support to Development Teams during the systems delivery lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications/任职条件:
1、Strong analytical and problem solving skills, can use English to commuicate with user for support purpose.
2、Knowledgeable is IT infrastructure & application development environment , having 1~2 years ASP.Net / C#, Oracle, SQL Server programming experience will be advantage.
3、Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
4、Having ITIL service environment working experience will be advantage.
