When I decided to leave Guangzhou, I also considered a lot: my friends, family and girlfriends are all in Guangzhou. Leaving Guangzhou means that I have to a strange city at least 2 years. But it is foreseeable that I will have more opportunities to see different people and things, learn and practice commonly used technologies in the industry, and hold a relatively competitive salary every month.

Is it worth it?

If you choose to stay in Guangzhou, staying in a non-Internet company can make your small life quite comfortable. On weekends, I can accompany my family to go out and wander around when I have nothing to do. When I have nothing to do, I invite my friends out for tea and dinner... The script has been written, because when I was a junior internship, I lived this kind of life.

After final consideration, MOGU was chosen as the first company to graduate.

At that time, I mainly fancy two aspects of MOGU:

• Company atmosphere (no overtime)

MOGU two years

I went to MOGU for an internship in February 19th, when I was an intern in the search group. I felt very interesting during that time (:

Well, I just sit there and study various things every day (roughly GC logs, company internal self-developed framework, TensorFlow framework, etc...)

What MOGU is more open is that many times colleagues will carry the computer to the work station and ask what the process looks like and how the implementation plan is.

As for me, I just sit next door and listen, but there are always a few nouns that I often hear:

I'm in the circle, why do you often discuss ACM and gold medals? What is dump?

It wasn't until later that it was discovered that ACM is a management system used in the station, just named ACM. "Fine row" rather than "gold medal", incremental DUMP generally refers to receiving data in real time to do ETL...

Sometimes, when I find that the term/noun turns out to be the same thing, I can’t help but complain.

During the internship, the group received a message management platform system, but because of insufficient manpower, I couldn't get it done, so I was sent to support it. After asking for leave to go back to school to defend, the first senior quit his job (:

Later, due to the adjustment of the organizational structure, I was assigned to the advertising commercialization team.

As I continued to iterate on the message management platform and liberated the maintenance manpower, I gradually began to engage in advertising-related data and business. Migrating the advertising performance report data from Storm to the Flink system, and building a CPS link with a live broadcast studio... Successfully promoted a year after graduation.

After two years, I still have a lot of things to learn in technology and business, and the company's technical atmosphere is as good as ever.

This year is my skill level to enhance the fastest time, but I chose to leave it on the stage of rapid development, Why ?

Leave MOGU

There must always be a reason to leave

When many friends know that I am leaving, they will ask me in surprise: "Why did you leave?"

I often smiled and answered: "Well, I just want to go back to Guangzhou."

I once reluctantly said: "If Mogujie also had a store in Guangzhou, it would be great, I wouldn't have to leave my job."

After making the decision to resign, my dad no longer understands: "Don’t you often say that the company is okay? Why did you leave? I thought you would work for a while before coming back. You can find such a good company when you return to Guangzhou. ?"

A company with such good conditions, why did I leave my job? Many times I ask myself.

During my two years in Hangzhou, whenever I had a mid- to long-term vacation, I would basically fly to Guangzhou. Go home to accompany your family, meet your girlfriend, and invite your classmates out to have a supper.

Whenever I finish my vacation and return to the dormitory alone, I can’t help thinking: "Oh, I'm back to Hangzhou again."

On weekends or small holidays, sometimes it rains, so I don't want to go to the company, so I just stay in the dormitory, but I don't know what to do.

I don’t play games very much, so let’s watch a movie. If I’m a little tired after watching, I’ll go to bed and watch station B. It seems a little sleepy, so draw the curtains by the way. Hey, I didn't fall asleep. The room was dark, quiet, and drowsy, unknowingly it was 6 o'clock in the evening. At this time, should I order a takeaway, or go out for a meal by myself. What should I eat? I vomited all the takeaways around me... I was muddled, tired, and remembered that I hadn’t done anything all day. ,grass!

I have been in MOGU for two years. During the period, I sent away two seniors, friends in the group, and business side... The colleague who was sitting next door or opposite suddenly found out that he had left one day. , There are only empty seats left.

loneliness is real

When a familiar colleague leaves the company, is alone on the weekend with nothing to do, returns to Hangzhou alone after a vacation, when a family member is sick and cannot take care of it, and when a long-distance relationship cannot meet each other, I will have the idea of leaving.

However, these happened to be concentrated in April to May, so I resolutely proposed to leave.

MOGU&&Hangzhou Impression

For the past two years, Hangzhou, to me, I think it is a warm city.

1. When crossing the road, the driver will take the initiative to let people.
2. On holidays, the landlord will give a small gift.
3. When resigning, my friends sincerely blessed me.

As for the company, I am a MOGU fan. I found that my friends after leaving MOGU also have a lot of MOGU fans.

"In Hangzhou, there is no company that can be called a famous company. The company atmosphere is better than Mogujie. Mogujie doesn't work overtime."

"I feel that the technical atmosphere in Ali is not as good as when I was in Mogujie."

I have met a lot of excellent friends in MOGU, and I have to say that they are just a few of the same age in my original group. Because of the same age, I played relatively recently, and pulled a small group " Road to Wealth and Freedom "

There are 4 people in the group: Sanwai, Egg, Ao Bing, Mi Dou. Eggs went to Byte, Midou went to Ali, Ao Bing had wealth and freedom, and the remaining three were waiting for a certain company in Guangzhou to give him a meal.

If some students want to change jobs or the school has not considered which company to join, they may consider going to Mogujie.

Outlook

After I mentioned my resignation, my friends and colleagues all joked that I was going home to inherit the family property, and I was going back to collect rent. The little friend gave me T-shirts and slippers at the time of parting, hoping that I should look like a Cantonese collecting rent.

I resigned naked, and I resigned without finding the next company.

In the past, I couldn’t accept a naked resignation. I resigned before I found my next home. I felt too risky (:

Naked resignation mainly I want to have a longer window period , the past two years can be considered work diligently, diligently writing public number, considered to give himself a little vacation. The rest period can be a good summary of the past two years, and then set sail again.
