You will use the Boosters to automatically set up the workflow, business rules, process visibility and process flexibility capabilities in your account.
Use the Boosters provided by SAP BTP to automatically complete the account workflow, business rules, process visibility and process flexibility capabilities and other related functions settings.
Log in to SAP BTP Cockpit and select Boosters:
Search Workflow keywords:
Click the Start hyperlink:
It takes 4 to 5 minutes to complete Provisioning:
After the completion, I am prompted with my subaccount, and I can start the workflow-related development work:
This Boosters automatically completes the following steps:
- Add Business Rules, Workflow, Process Visibility and Workflow Management entitlements in your account.
Added Business Rule, workflow and other authorizations to subaccount.
- Enable Workflow Management subscription.
- Create service instance for each of Business Rules, Workflow, Process Visibility and Workflow Management services.
The created service instance is shown in the following figure:
- Create destinations with name BUSINESS_RULES, BUSINESSRULES_APIHUB and WM_CF_SPACE_PROVIDER. These destinations will be used while integrating business rules with workflow, importing business rules project from API Hub and importing live process content from process hub respectively.
The automatically created destination is shown in the figure below:
- Add all the needed Workflow Management roles collections to your user.
Added all roles that need to be managed for workflow:
Enter subaccount, click Instances and subscriptions, and select Workflow management application:
Log in to the workflow Launchpad:
