In daily business operations, we often need to interact and communicate with customers. In the early days, companies usually pay attention to the next email address: let users feedback their opinions and suggestions through Email. Now through Dingdingyi’s "Customer Opinion Feedback Form" template, we can quickly launch an application to collect customer opinions and analyze opinions through the data dashboard. Enable template

1. We first click on the link to open the template page

Configuration instructions

1. Create a new custom page

You can select the desired template or skip directly to the editing page (I choose work template 1 as an example)

(1) Add container, layout container and other components

Enter the editing page to delete all unnecessary components. First drag a container, then drag a layout container, and then drag a group component in the layout container to modify the group title. Then put a container in the grouping component, and put two link blocks in the container, and put a container in each link block. Images and text can be placed in the container. You can view the page layout status through the outline tree in the upper left corner, and the style on the right can set the width, height, and middle attributes.

(2) Set the text

To set a gap between the text and the picture, you need to set the margin property of the text

(3) Jump to other form pages through custom pages

Find the link block in the outline tree, find the attribute on the right, select the external link, set the link address, where the address is the address of the page that needs to be redirected, and the address here is copied

At this time, we can enable a non-logging access function through sharing in the homepage settings, so that visitors can also participate in this feedback.

2. Create a report page

(1) First drag and drop a date filter component, set the data set, value, and default value

(2) Drag and drop a filter component to set the data set and value of the filter component

(3) Then put the column component in the following page, and put two components of the table and the new pie chart in the column component, which can make viewing more convenient

The outline tree of the report page is on the right, it is more convenient to directly view or select

(4) Select the table component, set the selected data set, link the collected data with the table, and display the data through conditional filtering

(5) The same is true for the pie chart, set the corresponding conditions to display, and finally click save

With such a simple modification, a simple HR service center can be launched quickly. Go to the PC and click to open "Customer Feedback template to experience it!
