Recently, Quick Audience completed a comprehensive upgrade system permissions, can solve conglomerate of different brands, different operating organizations, operating in different consumer demands, refinement protect corporate data access security, improve management and control flexibility.

The whole system of Quick Audience is divided into two layers: organization management and working space. An organization can contain multiple workspaces, and the data in each workspace is isolated.

At the organizational level, the organization administrator has the highest authority of the system and can operate and manage the data and functions of all spaces. At the space level, it is divided into administrators, developers, analysts, and custom roles. The scope of authority is limited to this space.

In practical applications, if there are multiple brands in the group, data isolation between multiple brands is required. It is recommended to directly correspond the "organization" in the Quick Audience system to the "group", and each "workspace" to each "brand" under the group. The group management personnel controls and delegates table authority at the organizational level of the system, so that different original table data can be seen in different workspaces. At the same time, each space also has a certain degree of operational autonomy, which can control the operation of space personnel.

While analyzing based on the group's data, it can also bind the brand's own data sources for data analysis.

If there is no brand data isolation scenario, there is no need to divide multiple workspaces, just operate in the default space.

1. Data management and control, only the organization administrator can operate, set in the management center/organization management/data authorization, the implementation process is as follows:

Click on the data operation function to set up permissions to achieve different levels of data management and control through table permissions, row permissions, and column permissions.

  • If a data table is exclusive to a certain workspace, it can be set through table permissions.

  • If a membership table contains both brand A’s membership data and brand B’s membership data, the specified fields can be filtered through the row-level authority function.

  • If some label columns in the member table are exclusive to a certain workspace, they can be set through column permissions. Row and column permissions can be used at the same time to achieve precise data management and control.

2. Personnel management and control are divided into two scenarios: organization and work space.

  • The organization administrator can perform global management and control, set in the management center/organization management/organization members, and mainly complete the addition and deletion of organization members and the modification of roles.

  • The space administrator can only control the members in this space. It is set in the management center/workspace/space member management, which mainly completes the addition and reduction of space members, role management, and user group settings.
