Currently working as a development manager in Microsoft 365 and Teams development experience related fields at Microsoft. In more than ten years of Microsoft’s work experience, he has been engaged in the development, testing, and architecture of C++ Compiler, Visual Studio, online payment platform, and large-scale document information management platform. In the past 7 years, I have been responsible for many different products in different departments as a product manager at Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, he worked as a R&D and architect in Silicon Valley for more than ten years, engaged in scientific computing, smart drug design, e-commerce, online marketing, vertical search engine, payment, cloud graphics and images in a series of start-up and Fortune 100 companies. He is currently committed to the research and development of the Teams Toolkit product, mainly responsible for the related functions of Auth and Azure Resource management. Prior to this, he was responsible for the development tools of the Azure IoT platform, familiar with the Azure cloud platform, and concerned about the user experience of developers.

Currently responsible for Microsoft’s Teams toolkit product design related work, caring about user experience. Once engaged in operation and maintenance at Morgan, responsible for the 7*24 normal operation of the global infrastructure platform. Also engaged in e-commerce systems in e-commerce companies such as Yum and Trip.com Design and development. Love the technology at the operating system level and below, such as embedded systems, assembling four-axis aircraft, open source robots, etc.

Graduated from Wuhan University, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, currently responsible for the development of Teams Toolkit Bot plugin and samples at Microsoft Dev Div. Previously participated in the research and development of the large-scale AI cluster management platform OpenPAI at Microsoft Bing Platform, and was responsible for the research and development of the Experimentation platform of Bing service and Ranking models.

Graduated from Northwestern University, majoring in computer science, joined the Microsoft Developer Division in September 2020 to be responsible for the product work of the Teams development tools, focusing on the optimization of the development experience. Before joining Microsoft, he worked as a back-end R&D in the Apple online store department and was responsible for Ctrip The product of international air tickets works.

Working at Microsoft for 5 years, currently dedicated to the development of Teams Toolkit products, mainly responsible for realizing the functions of local debugging and previewing of Teams applications, as well as improving user-related experience, familiar with VSCode plug-in development. I have developed other online services at Microsoft before, and I am familiar with Azure cloud platform and ASP .Net Core development.

Graduated from the Department of Computer Science of the University of Hong Kong, joined Microsoft for more than a year, and is currently responsible for the product work of Teams development tools, focusing on user growth and user stickiness. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was engaged in development work in the Cisco IT Security Department.
