In order to allow more developers to participate in the optimization of smart contract library components, the community has continued to carry out the "Smart Contract Library Reward Code" activity recently. As the activity progresses, everyone's attention and discussion on the smart contract library is increasing.
In this context, the FISCO BCOS Smart Contract and Distributed Application Special Interest Group (Smart Contract Special Interest Group, SC-SIG) was officially established and recruited like-minded partners for the open source community.
If you agree with the concept of open source, have the spirit of open source, and are willing to contribute to the development of smart contracts and distributed applications, SC-SIG is looking forward to your joining.
Mission of SC-SIG
The Smart Contract and Distributed Application Special Interest Group (SC-SIG) focuses on the SmartDev-Contract smart contract library, and is committed to the research and development of common functions and components of smart contracts. Based on smart contracts, it provides a complete distributed application DEMO to improve The efficiency of smart contract and application development reduces the threshold for contract development and the risk of security vulnerabilities.
The focus of the group includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Improve the influence of the contract library and allow more developers to use it;
2. Improve contract library and distributed application functions, enrich contract code and application PR;
3. Continue to review, revise and merge the contract library code;
4. Continue to explore unrealized contract functions and put forward contract requirements.
SC-SIG near-term plans
By joining SC-SIG, you can improve the functions of the smart contract library, mine and propose unrealized contract requirements, and enrich the contract code and application together. Participate in the whole process of contract product release.
The benefits of participating in SC-SIG
growing up
In order to create a good learning atmosphere, the SC-SIG group will carry out technology sharing and code review activities, and encourage members to learn from each other, communicate and exchange ideas, and jointly explore cutting-edge technologies of hard core.
At the same time, the group will also provide technical training and guidance to help members with less development experience improve their code writing level and problem-solving ability, and gradually grow into independent developers.
Achievement
SC-SIG welcomes any form of discussion and contribution, including but not limited to writing technical articles, improving project documentation, fixing bugs or developing new features, etc.
All contributors can permanently sign their contributed technical articles or code files, and receive community souvenirs, and contributors will be listed on the community honor list. For some outstanding contributors, their work results and members' demeanor will be disseminated in the community in the form of special interviews and specially invited speeches.
SC-SIG calls you like this
- Familiar with Solidity programming language, familiar with the operation principle and development of underlying blockchain platforms such as FISCO BCOS;
- Ability to learn quickly, good at reading code and documentation;
- Familiar with the use of open source tools such as GitHub, with a certain sense of responsibility;
- Agree with the concept of open source and have the spirit of open source;
- Identify with community values and abide by community operating rules.
SC-SIG Collaboration Approach
Collaboration platform : The team will maintain the demand pool through SmartDev-Contract GitHub Issue, promote the design of the scheme, and use the GitHub Project to manage the project development progress. Of course, the basic information and latest progress of SC-SIG will also be updated simultaneously in the FISCO BCOS SIG warehouse.
