About front-end technical writing✒, what I want to say💡

Preface

First of all, I really urge everyone to read and write more, and express their technical knowledge in words.

Reading and output are two very important things. You must persist in doing it, but it is definitely not enough to absorb without output. I think only output is the real digestion. "Learning" and "being able to explain clearly to others" are really two different things. I used to feel that my basics were not bad, and I would spend a lot of time playing games and playing. Until I started writing my first technical article in August, I found that I did not master many things very well. I felt that I was only in a state of being able to use it. Let me explain to others why this is the case, and I often tell the truth. , I can’t express it clearly, I know it but I don’t know why. What, How, Why, many basic things, I don’t know Why at all. Sometimes I even feel a little anxious and doubt myself. I wonder if I’m really suitable for front-end because of a small bug. Need to make adjustments quickly. I myself have always been relatively positive and optimistic, and I will soon pick up this sentiment and continue to set off. I believe that many people have the same problem as me. The foundation is unstable, and it is destined to not build tall buildings! But take precautions while you are still young, right now! This is why I chose to start writing articles.

What can writing bring us?

1. Calm down, sink your heart and think

There are too many temptations in this world, all kinds of curious, fun, and easily addicted. . . Waiting and beckoning to you, they are all preventing you from becoming a better person. do you know? Short-term happiness is really not enough to support a long life. I remember that Teacher Luo Xiang asked a very interesting question, roughly: "If you have three things in your hand: Xiaohuangshu, Guo Degang's cross talk, Shakespeare, which one would you choose? One for your offspring?" How many people would choose Xiaohuangshu? I don't think so. The more happiness that can embody human dignity, the more advanced it is.

Low-level happiness is indulgence. Have you ever experienced "Five minutes for Douyin and one hour for the world"? I have experienced it. High-level happiness requires long-term self-discipline and persistence. Learning to delay gratification really requires each of us to learn. I am also a difficult person to control myself. I find that every time I write something, I will calm down and think carefully. After a person reaches a certain age, all he can do is self-discipline and hard work.

2. Exercise expression ability

I don’t know if my friends have the same experience as me. After working in the development industry, I don’t know if I have more dealings with machines. Not only do I speak less now, but sometimes I feel a little shy when communicating with the opposite sex! I feel that the language organization ability is not good enough. And writing, because it is for others to see, so that others can understand clearly, so many things need not only rigorous but also easy to understand, which is a very test of the ability of language organization and wording. Most programmers feel that this area is somewhat weak. Writing is a bit like an architecture. I usually set up the main line of writing first, and then write the content in it one by one. This part is still learning, mainly to read more technical articles written by big cows in the industry, to learn the essence from them, and to help yourself.

3. Enhance personal influence and create more opportunities

There are too many powerful people among the twenty-four-five-year-old front-end developers in the front-end circle. Sometimes they really admire them and admire how their learning ability is so strong! You can see some students who continue to output in the community , Whether it is technical ability or influence, it is very good, I think this is obtained in the process of exporting, rather than the result or purpose. Like the "Front End Impressions", "Front End Graphics", and "Front End Gods" I know, they are all about my age, and they are all very good. It is the object of my study. Due to work reasons, I am very busy, so I usually come back from work to study and write and write when I have nothing to do. There must be some persistence. But things are their own, and influence is secondary. Taking self-improvement and technical improvement as the starting point, we will be able to go far and long. Just like Ruan Yifeng and Zhang Xinxu!

4. Know many big cows in the circle, you can learn from them

I remember when I just finished writing my first article, I don’t know what the cause is. I have not recorded the change of the phone. He is the account owner of "Front End Afternoon Tea", Qian Yu, he dragged me to a group of account owners. I went, I saw a lot of authors of articles that I usually read, all of whom are more powerful bosses. In it, I often watch what they talk about, and what topics the big guys usually share. I can also learn a lot. In fact, Qian Yu and the other owner of "Walking in the Waves", Brother Lang, are two of my university’s familiar owners. At that time, it was not like now. There are fifty front-end groups. At that time, I only entered a front-end group called Front-end Guide Caiji. Haha, the name is also very interesting. The owner of the group, Xiao Hu, no longer operates the official account, and went to concentrate on work. At that time, I was really a vegetable chicken, and I saw them share articles at that time. After a few years later (that is, in August of this year), they started to write articles, and they said they were very happy when they asked me to open a whitelist for reposting. I thought I had grown a lot. Later, some big guys have been added one after another, and they will ask if they don’t understand, they are all very nice, and they will talk to you very carefully. This can be regarded as some bonuses brought by writing.

The last thing i want to say

In fact, I had the idea of writing for a long time, but like many people, I am afraid that what I write is too low and no one will read it, and I am afraid that the writing is too bad and it will be sprayed. In fact, this idea is superfluous and no one I will care too much about whether your article is bad, and will follow you just because your article is well written! The different voices in the comment area are what each of our writers should look at best, because when you grow up, you do a lot of things, in fact, no one will come to correct you and tell you how you went wrong, and Those different voices are just an effective way for us to examine the problem. For technical problems, if we encounter different problems, if the other party is right, then we can absorb the nutrition of some knowledge blind spots. Why not? If what the other party said is wrong, if you want, you can also discuss with it, maybe you can still become friends, I have more than 130 likes in an article in Zhihu, "How to Prevent Others from Maliciously Debugging Your Web Program" Yes, there are a lot of voices under the comments. Some people will say: "Wow~ You can still play like this! I have learned and learned!" Some people will say, "What is the use of you, I will do this and then this and that. Isn’t this useless for you?” At this time, I would say: “Fuck! You can do it like this! I learned and learned!”, 😀 From them I learned a lot of debugging skills that I don’t know, and Very useful! So the mentality is good, writing can be regarded as a way of learning with positive feedback anyway. Don't care about others' perspectives and opinions, concentrate on doing what you think is right!
