At present, WeChat has supported to import enterprise WeChat users to WeChat’s , and the visible range of users can be synchronized to WeChat’s enterprise workbench with one click through the authorization of the WeChat administrator. At the same time, the Enterprise Workbench supports directly using the enterprise WeChat scan code to log in to . Clicking "Tencent Cloud Wechat Code" in the enterprise WeChat can also directly access the published "model application".

Simple authorization can achieve

step 1:

Enter [Import User-Enterprise Micro Administrator Authorization], click "Enterprise Micro Administrator Authorization";

After jumping to the login page, you can scan the QR code through WeChat to authorize login.

Step 2:

Select "Tencent Cloud Weibo low code" employee visibility range.

After the enterprise micro administrator scans the QR code to authorize the installation, he selects the employee visibility range of Tencent Cloud Microphone code, and the employees in the visible range will be synchronized to the microphone side by default.

Step 3:

Authorization is completed, the enterprise micro user synchronizes to the Wechat side and installs to the enterprise WeChat workbench

After clicking "Agree to the above authorization and add", the Qiwei users will be automatically synchronized to the WeChat side. At the same time, the enterprise micro workbench will automatically install the "Tencent Cloud Micro Code"

Step 4:

The Weibo side regularly synchronizes to add or delete the visible range of enterprise micro users, you can directly enter the "enterprise micro administrator background"

After the enterprise micro administrator changes the visible range of the "Tencent Cloud Wechat Low Code", the relevant enterprise micro users will be automatically synchronized to the microcomputer side, and click [Import User-Enterprise Micro Administrator Authorization] again and the following prompt will be displayed.

Step 5:

Support enterprise micro login, and the enterprise WeChat workbench can directly use the micro configuration

You can directly use the enterprise WeChat scan code to log in on the enterprise workbench of Wechat.

Click "Tencent Cloud Wechat Low Code" in the enterprise WeChat to directly access the published "model application".

In addition to connecting to enterprise WeChat, WeChat’s enterprise-level capabilities such as process management, enterprise workbench, and message notification have been updated:

Enterprise Workbench:

• The enterprise WeChat scan code is added to the enterprise workbench, and you can log in with one click through the enterprise WeChat scan code;
• Enterprise workbenches strengthen their customization capabilities. Enterprise administrators can customize corporate brand attributes according to the individual needs of the company, such as defining corporate logo, corporate brand, workbench color style and other attributes;
• Enterprise Workbench optimizes the "experience version" and "online version" access, helping users to better distinguish between experience applications and online applications.

Process management:

• [Trigger] A new "timing trigger" mechanism is added to the process. Enterprises can configure timing trigger tasks according to business needs, such as timing push system notifications;
• [Approval Node] The ability to sign and transfer is newly added. Enterprises can flexibly configure the attributes of the approval node according to the requirements of the approval scenario to ensure that the process approval can be executed efficiently;
• [Operation data table node] When the process instance updates the data table, the original data model field only supports updating to a constant value, but it can be expanded to update the field to a variable value to meet complex business scenarios.
