In backoffice, change the WCMS cockpit preview url of the Spartacus website to the local Spartacus url:
http://localhost:4299/powertools-spa
Note that the front https is removed.
Make sure that there is no problem with local access to this url.
Click Pages to create a new page:
When Storefront fails to render, first check whether the settings of the SPA Powertools site in Backoffice WCMS are correct:
Open the Spartacus powertools Site, switch to WCMS properties, and check the WCMS Cockpit Preview URL:
