The topic I want to introduce today is how AppTouch helps you to go overseas, how to close business and realize business realization.
There are three parts I shared. The first part is about product features; the second part is the project overview; the third part is about business cooperation.

After a partner’s access, if you want to distribute overseas, the operation on our platform is relatively simple, as long as you register in the developer alliance and list it on the AGC, you can choose to distribute in AppGallery or AppTouch. There is a big difference between AppTouch and AppGallery. Yes, AppGallery is pre-installed on Huawei mobile phones, AppTouch can be installed on all Android machines, and then we reach overseas users through the operator's path.
AppTouch has been in development for more than five years, cooperating with more than 60 operators in more than 40 countries, and we are continuing to expand this year. In addition, more than 20,000 small partners cooperate with us to distribute content to the AppTouch platform, and with more than 60 overseas channels, we currently cover more than 1 billion users, and our subscribers are currently around 23 million. .
In terms of commercial monetization, in addition to traditional free apps, advertising monetization, and in-app payments, there is also a more distinctive subscription. AppTouch has a large number of user resources in overseas operators. Users can subscribe to daily, weekly, monthly, and For content packages, operators can provide incentives through existing resources, such as traffic incentives. As long as the package is subscribed, in-app downloads are free, and they can also be given coupons to bring subscribers.
Why cooperate with operators? Because operators have a lot of resources on hand, for example, in the Latin American market, it is a market for customized phones. In Mexico, Chile, Argentina and other countries, operators have more than half of their mobile phones. After cooperation with operators, operators can help We do pre-installation and will provide some of his own channels for promotion. There are many stores, online and offline resources, which can better reach users. There are currently 23 million subscribers worldwide, which has also brought developers a lot of return on investment.
Project Overview
Next, I will introduce the current cooperation projects of AppTouch. Among the major cooperation projects, the XX operators in Indonesia have more than 100 million users, and countries such as Myanmar and Bangladesh have developed very, very fast overseas digitalization due to the impact of the epidemic. For example, overseas users use smartphones to play. Games, download apps, etc.
The Middle East and Africa are also key regions for our expansion. Among them, South Africa has continued in-depth cooperation, because South Africa is the largest developed country in Africa, and its user APP value is relatively high, and in-app payment and subscription are doing well. In addition to South Africa and Nigeria, there are 2 million users on Google Play. We can reach these users through operators’ channels with high-quality content. Another example is the Iraqi market. The economic development is also very fast now. We have in-depth cooperation with some operators, and the number of users in Saudi Arabia and Egypt is very large, which can be further cultivated.
Since last year, we have been working on the cooperation and expansion of a global big T group joining. There are now six countries in Europe. Italy will be online soon this year, and the remaining countries will continue to be online next year.
We are also cooperating with the largest local operator in Latin America. In the Middle East and Africa, we cooperate with operators in other countries such as Iraq, Asia-Pacific, and Laos. There are more than 10 projects to be signed this year, and more customers can be covered next year.
Just now I mentioned that in cooperation with operators, you can use the operator’s brand. The operator’s brand is influential locally. At the same time, we are building the brand of AppTouch itself. We plan to commercialize our own brands in 10 countries, which will be launched at the end of this month. From the end of this year to the beginning of next year, we plan to cover in about 30 countries, reach users with our own brand, and help you gain customers. You can distribute the content to us, and we will help you solve the commercialization problem.
Friends who have experience going to sea know that there are several ways to go to sea, and we have relatively big features. For example, we have a local operation center, and the partners in the operation center help us do continuous activities. Another example is Christmas and other festivals, together with operators to do big promotion activities, promotional activities and game activities to promote consumers to complete more payments.
As a platform, Huawei AppTouch, like AppGallery, provides global tax and settlement capabilities to help you solve how to get money back. After providing high-quality content, the money paid by consumers can be returned to everyone faster.
Just talked about resources, let’s talk about some of the differences, such as package binding. The resources on the operator’s hands have traffic, but the traffic abroad is very expensive. We can reduce traffic to those without traffic. Users can download at any time. In addition, like SMS push, operators have text messages on their hands, which can be sent to end users for direct download. Operators have marketing stores and customer centers covering the whole country, and they can place our advertisements in operators’ stores to reach users.
Business Cooperation
There are two modes for our business cooperation. One is application intermodal transportation, which is a one-time payment model, used to support high-quality content; the other is member intermodal transportation, which is a periodic subscription model, which can stabilize the source of income and add it to the membership package. , We will continue to bring you stable income.
To give an example, we have about 10 small partners. White is their input and output on third-party platforms. It can continue to improve here, with an average of 170% and even higher.
For another example, the game content provided by our little partners has very little income on the third-party platform, but on our platform, after joining the member joint transportation, there is a very rich income.
So how can we join the intermodal transport?
First, the application intermodal transport is the same as the AppGallery launching. It is necessary to integrate Huawei's SDK and apply for the shelf on the SDK. After the approval is completed, you can join our app intermodal transport.
Second, member combined transport, after applying for the shelf on the SDK, you can apply to join the membership service in the AGC background, and you can access the member combined transport after the approval is passed.
