Unknowingly, 2020 is about to pass, and it's time to write a summary again.

Variety

Looking back on this year, the biggest change is that it no longer keeps running accounts. Starting from April and May, it has been interrupted for more than half a year. The mentality has also fluctuated, the overall level is a little flat, the motivation to research technology has also disappeared, and the career development feels a bit stagnant, and it is difficult to roll with the vigorous young people.

Technology

This year, there are few researches on the underlying technology, and I don’t have the energy to study k8s, service mesh, and even golang has not studied in depth. I have studied a lot of DDD and Clean Architecture, and the whole is a bit out of reality.

The technology is indeed constantly changing, and it is a bit unable to keep up, but the business modeling set is relatively stable, and it is useful for deep cultivation and suitable for digging wells and springs.

Outlook

In the future, we need to deepen one or two industries, understand business forms and business models, and then abstract business models and accumulate common technical models. In addition, we must take a step forward and position ourselves not only as the technical leader, but also as the entire business. The person in charge is more challenging and demanding.
