It was separated from the business line and specialized in the front-end construction and deployment platform for local life. I experienced what it means to step out of my comfort zone. In the past, products were planning products, controlling nodes, and testing to verify functions, but I only needed to develop, develop, develop. But now, I plan the development of the platform myself, provide myself with requirements, development, testing, operation and maintenance, this kind of work that tortures myself, really loses my hair (how serious is it, that is, after cutting your hair in winter, without wearing hat, you will catch a cold immediately).

This year has also made me feel the siege again. When I do business, I want to do technology, and after doing technology, I want to return to business; when writing front-end, I want to write back-end, and after writing for a long time, I want to write front-end. But no matter what I write, I feel that I have fallen into the abyss of Alibaba's platforms, frameworks, technology stacks, and various platforms. As for me, I kept exploring and trying in these systems, but in the end I only touched the fur. I felt that I was just a machine, and I had not absorbed any nutrients from these technical systems.

As a front-end, looking at the various innovations in the technology circle, it seems to be flourishing. But when you open our company's products, or top-notch apps like Alipay, WeChat, and Meituan, the experience is not as good as before; perhaps, everyone has been solving the development experience problem recently, and they are thinking about lowCode and noCode. But forget that the essence of front-end existence is to solve the problem of user experience.

This year's financial management seems to be the worst. Although we bought a house for improvement, the second house is indeed different from the first house.
