It is reported that at the end of last year, a Windows hacker developer named @Firecube started the Rectify 11 project and released the image file of the new system.

@Firecube has released an ISO of Windows 11, which bundles a new settings theme, new icons for MMC, system tools, and a StartisBack start menu replacement that it claims will fix Windows 11's design issues.
