First of all, please remind that only accounts that have passed enterprise authentication can create sub-accounts. After logging in to the console, enterprise users enter "Personal Center - Sub-Account Management", and you can find the entry for creating a sub-account in the upper right corner.

1. How to create a sub-account?

After SMS verification of the identity of the main account, you can enter the mobile phone number of the sub-account to invite.

After receiving the invitation text message, the invitee clicks "Agree" to become a sub-account user. (Hint: If the invitee has not registered in Tencent location service before, he needs to complete the platform registration before he can become a sub-account user)

Second, how to assign sub-account permissions?

Master account users can see a list of all invited sub-accounts on the "Personal Center - Sub-account Management" interface. If the status of the sub-account is "Accepted", you can see the "Authorize" and "Unbind" action buttons on the right.

Currently, the seven functional modules of the console can be authorized separately, and each module includes two types of permissions to view and manage.

For example, for developers, it is often necessary to create keys, edit keys, and view keys, all of which are included in the permissions of application management; for operation and maintenance personnel, they may pay more attention to quota usage and whether there is an excess alarm, etc., you can give them Assign the authority of quota management; for map designers, you can be assigned the authority of personalized styles and layers to create and edit different styles and layers... Through this fine authority management, the same Operation isolation between different roles under the account not only improves the work efficiency of multi-person collaboration, but also avoids the possibility of misoperation.

3. How to log in to the sub-account?

The login entry of the sub-account is slightly different from that of the main account, and needs to be switched to a dedicated login entry. Currently, only mobile phone number login is supported.

If the main account does not grant any permissions to the sub-account, after the sub-account logs in, the user will be prompted to contact the main account to activate the permissions.

After the main account is authorized, the corresponding function modules can be displayed on the left menu bar of the sub-account console, and the currently activated permissions can be directly checked in "Personal Center - My Information".
