Material You, especially dynamic color matching, will soon be supported on more phones with Android 12 worldwide, including Samsung , OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, realme, Xiaomi, Tecno, and more!

With the release of Android 12 and the launch of Material You , users' Android experience is more fluid and personalized than ever. A gorgeous new design enables experiences such as more dynamic touch ripples, silky scrolling and wider layouts. But the biggest highlight is always the dynamic color scheme - when you choose your favorite wallpaper, the entire phone experience changes to better express your personality, from the home screen to your favorite apps.

With Material You, personalization is now a defining feature of Android, and we'll continue to build our ecosystem on it for years to come. Hopefully we can see developers confidently join us on the journey to bring a more personalized look and style to users in their apps.

As more Android 12 devices are released in the coming months, our original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners will continue to work with us to ensure that key design APIs (especially around dynamic color matching) are available across the Android ecosystem Consistent operation in the system gives developers peace of mind and users benefit from a seamless experience.
