The development of the Apache Pulsar community is inseparable from the long-term hard work and dedication of the community partners. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the community partners!

With the development of the Pulsar Chinese community, more and more small partners who love and use Pulsar have joined the Pulsar technical exchange group, and conduct technical exchanges and share Pulsar technical content in the group. With the growing size of the community, we also hope that more small partners will deeply participate in the community construction, jointly help community members make good use of Pulsar, and give full play to the value that Pulsar brings to everyone.

For this purpose, the following members are now open to everyone:

Without further ado, let me introduce the classification of volunteer service positions for Chinese developers and user groups:

Document translation/event volunteer

Document translation volunteer

translate content

Currently, there are three types of community document translation tasks:

  • Apache Pulsar official document translation: The main task is to translate the English documents on the Apache Pulsar website into Chinese, making it easier for more Chinese users to read. The translation platform uses Crowdin for translation submission, management and review;
  • Apache Pulsar English blog translation: The content has a wide range, mainly focusing on technical principles, cases and other directions. Before the translation of English articles is released to community members for translation, we have obtained the authorization of the original author;
  • Apache Pulsar Weekly (weekly) translation: The content mainly focuses on the highlights, important features, important bug fixes, events and news, and technical blog posts of the Apache Pulsar community for the week.
