Reason: Because the back end of vscode is stunned, it belongs to bug , but Microsoft has not changed it for many years!
Solution:
Very simple, kill vscode server is fine, just find vscode server pid and then kill {pid}
If you find it troublesome, the easiest thing is to restart ubuntu!
