How to quickly deploy the server

The server-side deployment of the Rongyun collaborative office platform is very convenient, which is mainly divided into the following steps. The issues that need attention at each step are explained in detail in the video.

The first step is to copy the data package to the server and perform md5 verification to ensure that the service package is officially provided by Rongyun and has not been tampered with.

The second step is to decompress the compressed package and run it directly, check the server parameter configuration, install the JDK, and complete the deployment in 5-10 minutes.

The third step is to deploy the application-side service of the collaborative office platform "click to view the demo video" .

The fourth step is to install the real-time audio and video service.
To sum up, the deployment of the server mainly consists of two parts, one part is uploading the installation package on the server and starting GUI commands; the other part is the configuration of all installation parameters, which are all carried out on the GUI web interface. How does the client package quickly

The packaging of the client is mainly carried out through Jenkins.

First, enter the name of the current client app, select the service version number used by the corresponding server, and fill in the server address. The packaging starts. The process will last about 5-10 minutes.

After the installation package is generated, another script will be provided to automatically copy the installation package to the corresponding downloadable server. Rongyun will provide the quick download address link and QR code of all installation packages.

For the generated installation package, Rongyun also provides a quick retrospective of the client's outgoing package. You can view all the types of clients that have been released and the versions of all clients released by the enterprise. This is mainly to facilitate client upgrades and troubleshooting.

Rapid integration of third-party systems

The Rongyun collaborative office solution is not limited to communication between people, but also supports rapid integration with OA and CRM third-party systems.

Fourth, provide a full-featured ServerAPI capability open platform. Different from the "real-time information routing capability" mentioned above (pushing communication messages to third-party systems), ServerAPI refers to the fact that third-party systems can actively control messages through API. As shown in the example in the following figure, the reimbursement form generated by the user in the OA can be directly pushed to the Rongyun collaborative office platform through a message.
