Code is a line. For digital business, it may face about 1 billion C-end customers of the consumer Internet, or it may face the B-end customers of the industrial Internet. Its biggest feature is fast: rapid innovation and rapid iteration , go online quickly. PaaS or cloud native can help users focus on digital business, not the underlying infrastructure; DevOps uses the pipeline methodology and tools of industrialized mass production that have been mature for hundreds of years in digital business.

Data is knowledge, data from production line sensors, drones, AGVs, intelligent robots and other equipment, Huitong’s marketing, sales and other data, the source is gathered into the data lake in the cloud, and artificial intelligence can convert the unstructured data in it. It is structured data, so that mature data warehouse technology can be used for analysis and processing. If data sharing between different enterprises in the industrial chain or supply chain is required, a credit enhancement platform such as blockchain may be required.


The current hot Metaverse can be regarded as the evolution of the interaction mode between the physical world and the computer world: starting from the earliest punched cards, it has experienced a character interface (the computer begins to recognize some simple human characters), a graphical interface (can be controlled by a keyboard and mouse) , in the era of smartphones, we can interact with our fingers. And in the Metaverse, no matter eyes, ears, mouth, nose, body, mind, the so-called six senses of Buddhism, all can communicate with the computer world.

The data assets mentioned here can be understood as the data center. Vice Premier Liu He once mentioned that data is an important factor of production. We often say that digital transformation is to realize business data and data business.

Business digitization is actually the source of data. Data may come from offline outlets, e-commerce platforms, membership systems, and marketing platforms. If there is a factory, it may also come from production lines, PLM, MES, etc., as well as logistics and WMS. system, etc.

And data business is a bunch of small front-end applications for digital business, such as data operation, data visualization, data empowerment and so on.

A data application like this rear-view mirror model can be called a business that uses data, rather than a data-driven business.
And how do asset-light Internet coffee companies like Manner achieve digitalization?

These footprints and database records form labelled data together assets.

But why can this model be said to be a data-driven business?

Because we can directly engine these data assets, let our small front-end digital business use these data assets directly. For example, we can directly provide discount coupons to customers who are cash-strapped like Penpen to help with promotion; and for customers who frequently travel for business, we can jointly launch a business of free coffee with some hotel groups, etc. These do not need to ask sales managers or CxOs to view all kinds of dazzling reports, otherwise the day lily will be cold.

And these are called digital transformation.

The nature of cloud and digital transformation

The users themselves have a strong drive for change/innovation, the business model and change are not complicated, and they are highly compatible with Mobility, big data and Cloud. There is a possibility of outbreak or impact on the overall situation, such as WeChat red envelopes. At the same time, from small and beautiful to the promotion of the whole enterprise, the unique value of our Hybrid Cloud Vision, which is "appropriate for public and private", will become a truly valuable Option, and both Call and Put Option are marketable securities in the market.
