Pan Xiaoyun is a wise HR. In order to recruit outstanding people, she will visit all major developer communities to find candidates who are suitable for ONES work, and actively connect with them. So many colleagues who later joined ONES said: "I am Xiaoyun's person".
HR is the builder of enterprise co-creation, because it is necessary to better activate the organization and talents, and make the organization and talents rejuvenate. As ONES's "first business card", Xiaoyun is either in the interview or on the way to the interview. She used her seemingly weak but powerful strength to tell ONES stories to candidates, and these stories also contained her own growth history.
Let's listen to Xiaoyun's heart.
The last job was a typical "996". My life was filled with work and I couldn't breathe. I had to work overtime on weekends. Even if I didn't work overtime, I didn't want to go out to socialize or exercise. This is also the biggest reason for my resignation. It seems to be an extravagant wish to have a normal weekend.
After coming to ONES, there is no time to talk about it here, it is really not a roll. Last year, Ying Qi (CEO) said something to us that left a deep impression on me: "It's a great thing to develop a skill or learn a sport every year and stick to it."
After listening to it, I was suddenly woken up. In addition, people in our department are very self-disciplined. I also started to give up the habit of staying up late, and slowly made some plans for myself-I plan to learn one skill a year, and I learned it last year. Swimming, learning to ride a bike this year, next year I want to learn PMP. Now every weekend, I will take a morning swim, then read books and brush the technical community, which is full and interesting.
Don't look at these mediocre sports, for the timid me, I really need a breakthrough. Like swimming, it is a dynamic meditation that heals the heart with the power of water itself, sinking into a state of total immersion. But I am very afraid of water. Others can learn it in 6 lessons, but I have to learn a dozen lessons to overcome my fear. Although I learn slowly, I swim steadily and fast.
I am not a human resources major, but I have loved to deal with people since I was a child, and I also like to communicate very much, so becoming an HR seems to be destined, and I have been doing it for 5 years.
At ONES, I am mainly in charge of recruitment. As the first person to speak to a candidate, I liken myself to the "bond" that connects the company and its employees. On the one hand, candidates have expectations of me, and they hope to learn about ONES through me; on the other hand, the company also has expectations of me, hoping to recruit matching candidates to empower the business.
In this process, I think "empathy" is particularly important. In short, it is walking in other people's shoes. For example, during the interview, it is necessary to understand what the needs of the candidate or the employing department are, what are the reasons for this need, and how to meet his needs and so on.
As a "link", when we look for like-minded students, in addition to paying attention to their professional ability and comprehensive quality, we will also check whether they match our corporate culture and achieve a win-win situation. We hope that he is curious, expands his cognitive boundaries, and is willing to learn about many unknown things; we hope that he has the courage to put forward his own views while learning about new things, and has the courage to put the practice into practice; We hope that he has a sense of responsibility. ONES gives employees a full sense of trust. When the work is given to a person, it is fully authorized to him, so it is necessary to have a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive to complete the work with quality.
A very impressive experience is that a candidate did not join ONES due to personal reasons, but when the new company he joined was in urgent need of a project management tool, he recommended the ONES product to the company, and then did it with our sales classmates After a round of communication, we became our customers. So, if fate doesn't come, you can also become friends with candidates, and this way of cooperation is also great.
During the interview, I told the ONES story to the candidates over and over again, and I couldn’t help but think of my own interview scene. Two years ago, like them, I joined ONES with a vision for the future. The feeling at the time was that this is a company with a sense of purpose - we insist on being a standard product, doing refined development, and insisting on long-termism. This is actually a goal that is difficult for the B-end field to adhere to. It will not forget its original intention because of short-term interests. It is a very thoughtful team.
There is a lot of internal and external communication in the HR position, and the daily meetings are full; so recently, I signed up for an online course "Communicate with Myself", many of which are beneficial to the application scenarios in my work, and I also insist on Take notes. In addition, the power of role models is also very important. I admire Peng Lei (one of the "Eighteen Arhats of Ali", who founded Ali's cultural system)'s "tenacity" and "empathy". These are the shining points I need to learn. I basically watch her speeches over and over again.
I think, the company is growing so fast these days, constantly breaking through one challenge after another, so as individuals, why don’t we work harder for ourselves?
