Flow Description:
This event is divided into two stages: training camp and participation in public welfare projects. College students who have obtained the certification of Yida intermediate low-code engineer and intend to participate in public welfare projects can directly participate in the registration of public welfare projects. Those who have not obtained the certification of Yida intermediate low-code engineer College students need to participate in the training camp first, and can only participate in the public welfare project registration after obtaining the intermediate low-code engineer certification of Yida.
In the public welfare project stage of this activity, there are a total of seven projects of public welfare organizations. Each project has at least two teams. Each team develops independently. After the development is completed, the public welfare organization will give a trial score. The group's project results are finally delivered to public welfare organizations, and have the opportunity to precipitate as a suitable public welfare template.

4. Activity rules (1) Registration for public welfare practice activities
1. Eligibility for registration:
Student volunteers participating in this activity (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Volunteers") should possess all of the following qualifications:
(1) Natural person with full capacity for civil conduct (2) Full-time university students, only Hangzhou Normal University students, not limited to majors, grades (3) Has obtained the certification of Yida Intermediate Low-Code Engineer (no fee for certification) or equivalent technical ability (4) Volunteers can register independently or form their own teams. In the case of individual registration, the event organizer will coordinate with other participants to form a team in the follow-up. In the case of self-registration, the number of each team should not exceed 5 people. If you do not meet any of the above eligibility requirements, all your participation will be considered invalid and you will not be entitled to any rewards.

2. Rules for the selection of volunteers for the development of public welfare projects:
Please note that each volunteer/team can register up to 2 projects of interest as candidates, but not all registered volunteers can eventually enter the project development process. The organizer will adapt to the technical needs of the non-profit organization according to the wishes and conditions of the volunteers. If the adaptation is successful, the volunteers will be formally notified to enter the project development team by phone/DingTalk/Email/SMS.
The organizer will select volunteers according to the following principles:
(1) Public interest: Recognize the value of public welfare, and have the willingness to support the digital development of public welfare organizations.
(2) Ability to develop low-code: Pass the “Low-Code Intermediate Developer” certification exam or have the same technical ability (3) Can spare time: Be able to spare time to participate in the project from July 2022 to September 2022 development.

3. Cancellation of participation qualification or award qualification:

3. Project development resources:
Participants need to mainly use the low-code technology of Aliwork Platform (www.aliwork.com) for development. Volunteers and teams must use the Yida account of the non-profit organization for development, so as to facilitate the use of relevant resources and the actual use of the non-profit organization. The event organizer provides each non-profit organization participating in this event with a project mentor to answer questions and guide the volunteers during the development process; at the same time, it also provides a free resource package suitable for use. 4. Intellectual property rights:

2. Selection criteria:
(1) Meet the needs: The development results can meet the basic functional requirements put forward by the non-profit organization, and can be used normally in the actual work of the non-profit organization.
(2) Completion on time: Only projects completed before 24:00 on August 31, 2022 can participate in the awards, and projects with delayed delivery will not participate in the awards (*Note: If the time is changed, it will be notified in advance.)
(3) Legal compliance: There is no high-risk security risk at the code level, no violation of laws and regulations such as leakage of user information, and no moral hazard that violates public order and good customs.
