After developers find problems in the OpenHarmony code warehouse or have functional optimization requirements, they create an Issue and submit PR to contribute code.

Selection Rules:
The PR submitted by the developer is reviewed by the committer of the corresponding code repository, and the committer will strictly review the submitted content.
