OpenAtom OpenHarmony (hereinafter referred to as "OpenHarmony") is an open source project incubated and operated by the OpenAtom Foundation (OpenAtom Foundation). Education, industry, transportation, medical and other industries provide a unified and integrated digital innovation basic platform to support industrial innovation and development.
With the joint efforts of the Open Atom Open Source Foundation, OpenHarmony Working Committee, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee, co-construction units and developers, it has attracted more than 40 main warehouse code contributors so far, bringing together 1.6 million+ community users, It has become an open source force that cannot be ignored in the field of global intelligent terminal operating systems.
With the accelerated development of the global digitalization process, intelligent terminal operating systems face new opportunities and challenges in the aspects of unified experience in all scenarios, system energy efficiency, enhanced privacy data security, and development efficiency. To lead original problems in tackling key problems, the OpenHarmony Technical Steering Committee will collect and select the top ten technical challenges of OpenHarmony.
The relevant matters are hereby issued as follows:
1. Collection time
From the date of notification until October 31, 2022
2. Collection method
•Internal solicitation: The OpenHarmony Technical Steering Committee will discuss and give problems. •Community open solicitation: Solicit for software development companies, research institutes and individual developers related to the OpenHarmony community. Please send the project to: tsc@openharmony.io
3. Content and Scope of Solicitation
Facing the main battlefield of OpenHarmony, focusing on root technology innovation, collecting cutting-edge technical challenges, engineering technical problems and industrial technical problems that have a leading role in the development of operating systems. Including but not limited to the following technical directions:
• Componentized and flexible decoupling architecture, supporting a wide range of all scenarios • All scenarios, seamless smart collaboration across terminals • Consistent experience of minimal development and multi-terminal deployment
4. Material requirements
•Each problem should include the problem title, contact information, and the text of the problem. The main text mainly includes: problem description, problem background, industry value, industry progress, technical claims, references, etc. The content is written in Chinese (for details, refer to VII. Attachments), the length and form of the text are not limited

• Review process:
In the first round of the primary election, there is no limit to the number of submitted problems. All submitted problems will be voted and scored by the Technical Steering Committee. The maximum number of selected problems is 20.
In the second round of the final selection, the shortlisted problems in the preliminary evaluation will be presented by the organization/individual participating in the regular meeting of the Technical Steering Committee. The members of the Technical Steering Committee will score on the spot according to the dimensions of technological innovation value, difficulty of difficulty, and practicability, and select the top ten problem.
6. Activity Incentives
• 2000 RMB or equivalent OpenHarmony related products and development boards will be awarded to the difficult units/individuals shortlisted in the first round of preliminary evaluation.
• In the second round of selection, the units/individuals shortlisted in the top ten technical problems will be awarded RMB 10,000 and will be displayed at the OpenHarmony Technology Summit.
•In addition to the above-mentioned direct rewards, all the problems that have been selected in the preliminary evaluation/selection will be exposed to OpenHarmony-related media, and may be rewarded with corporate cooperation projects or funding.
