In the opening session, Dai Xiaohui, vice chairman and secretary general of China Communications Standards Association, delivered a speech. Regarding the standard development work in various fields of open source, Dai Xiaohui put forward three suggestions: first, implement the national key open source policy; second, give full play to the important role of open source in the digital transformation of the industry; third, comprehensively improve the construction of open source standard system. In response to the frequent occurrence of open source security incidents in recent years and to improve the security of open source code for software products in key industries, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has led the establishment of the "Open Source Supply Chain Security Demonstration Community". The first batch of demonstration members of the community have completed the open source code security test evaluation of software products of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and have improved in terms of code source, code quality, intellectual property controllability and product maturity. The open source supply chain security demonstration community (the first members) are: Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Haitong Securities Co., Ltd., and Beijing Baoland Software Co., Ltd.
