vagrant up 蓝屏（hyper-v 冲突)

问题描述： 之前使用 Docker 开启了Hyper-V，目前在使用 vagrant过程中两次蓝屏（win10）

解决办法： 启用Docker，关闭 Hyper-V

PS D:\workspace\vagrant> vagrant up

OK
