- sendInstanceBeat方法先执行br.beatThreadSemaphore.Acquire(),之后通过br.serviceProxy.SendBeat(*beatInfo)来发送beat,之后执行br.beatThreadSemaphore.Release(),然后新创建time.NewTimer(beatInfo.Period)
