给自己做的一个记录
- 关闭防火墙
- 换网络
- 修改Auto-detect proxy settings等
- 在Custom中https改为http
- 还是Custom，试了
https://start.springboot.io,但还是不稳定，最后还是http://start.aliyun.com成功解决，但版本不是最先进的
