As an important project in the field of open source and messaging, Apache RocketMQ has been developing for nearly ten years since it was open sourced in 2012. In this process, Apache RocketMQ has provided services for more than tens of thousands of companies around the world, including not only ByteDance, Kuaishou, Xiaomi, Didi, Tongcheng Elong and other leading Internet companies, but also many banks, brokerages, insurance companies , fund companies and other financial companies.

In order to help more enterprises, developers, and open source enthusiasts understand Apache RocketMQ, and join it, to promote the prosperity and development of Apache RocketMQ and its open source ecosystem.

RocketMQ Summit 2022, co-hosted by Alibaba Cloud Cloud Native Application Platform and RocketMQ Chinese Community, is officially launched! At this event, we share practical experience, exchange ideas, and deeply explore the RocketMQ project and community.

As a grand event for open source and messaging, RocketMQ Summit will be held at the Renaissance Beijing Hotel on March 26, 2022. Dozens of high-quality topics and discussions are being carefully prepared, and the speech solicitation channel has been opened!

At present, the speech collection channel has been opened, and the collection scope includes four directions: "Scenario Case", "Technology Exploration", "Operation and Maintenance Management", and "Ecological Development".

Scenario case

How to use Apache RocketMQ to solve certain scenarios and related solutions is what most developers care about. This direction focuses on the end-to-end application side sharing of Apache RocketMQ.

In the course of ten years of development, many components have been derived around Apache RocketMQ. This direction focuses on sharing the functional characteristics of Apache RocketMQ, the behind-the-scenes architecture design, principle and mechanism, etc., to help you understand Apache RocketMQ in depth.

maintenance

Share the operation and maintenance management practice of Apache RocketMQ. This direction focuses on the challenges and solutions in the operation, management, and operation and maintenance of Apache RocketMQ, and provides you with the best practice reference of Apache RocketMQ with practical significance.

Ecological Development

At present, Apache RocketMQ has been integrated with many excellent open source projects to provide the best solutions for related scenarios. This direction focuses on sharing how RocketMQ works with other platforms, systems and components to solve problems and create value for users.

Issue Submission Process

(1) Agenda submission

Call for topics: February 15th - March 11th
Contents to be submitted: personal introduction, contact information, topic name, content outline, etc.

(2) Agenda Review

After the submission, the issue will be reviewed within 3-5 working days, and the relevant results will be notified through the "Apache RocketMQ" public account, email and other channels.

(3) Speech docking

If the review is approved, the organizing committee will communicate with the selected candidates for the follow-up process.
