2022 Ministry of Education-Alibaba Cloud Industry-University Cooperation Collaborative Education Project Introduction
For the April 2022 batch, Alibaba Cloud will set up a total of four categories: "Joint Training Base Project for Outstanding Engineers in Key Fields" , "Reform of Teaching Content and Curriculum System" , "Teacher Training" , and "Practice Conditions and Practice Base Construction" . 85 items.
This article will introduce the "Cloud Native Technology Application and Practice" series of demonstration course construction projects
- Project Introduction
Based on the cloud native technology that is widely used in the industry, this project builds demonstration courses and experimental cases for the integration of production and education. Software engineering-related courses for computer and software colleges, such as cloud native system development, advanced software engineering, etc.; cloud-based software development, deployment and evolution, reconstruction of the original knowledge system and course practice content. Highlight the characteristics of cloud-native software technologies such as microservice architecture, containerized deployment, and integration of development, operation and maintenance.
Build a batch of high-quality course teaching plans and teaching reform plans that can be shared with colleges and universities across the country, cultivate students' cloud-native technology development thinking and engineering skills, and improve students' digital literacy.

- Declaration conditions
Nominations for courses should be based on existing courses that have been offered or will be offered in the fall 2022 semester.
The class schedule of the declared course should be no less than 32 hours, and the average number of courses is held no less than once a year.
Under the same conditions, priority will be given to courses that have been offered in colleges and universities for more than one year, and priority will be given to the application of courses with greater benefits (the school’s academic affairs office must provide proof of course opening and course selection in the past year).
If the declared course has become a school, municipal or provincial quality course construction project, it will be given priority (a certificate of quality course must be provided).

Demonstration course construction project results must include course content and typical teaching cases to form a complete project construction content.
The demonstration course project must complete the following tasks:
- Participated in a cloud native technology teacher training organized by Alibaba Cloud and obtained a training certificate;
- Course syllabus: It includes specific course time allocation, chapters, experiments, and exercise descriptions; Alibaba Cloud cloud-native related technical content (such as containers, microservices, middleware, serverless, etc.) is systematically integrated into the course syllabus. less than 8 credit hours;
- Teacher's teaching plan: PPT courseware is provided for each chapter. Provide course-related bibliography, thesis references, network resources, etc.;
- Typical teaching experimental cases: develop no less than 4 typical teaching experimental cases (experiment description, experimental steps and codes) around the teaching content of the course;
- Exercises: According to the teaching content and progress, each chapter is designed with exercises that match the chapter, and the reference answers are given;

- Published teaching papers;
- Encourage the writing of software engineering textbooks for the cloud native technology ecosystem. The cloud native technology content that must be systematically integrated into Alibaba Cloud includes containers, microservices, middleware, Serverless, and well-known open source projects such as RocketMQ, Dubbo, Nacos, etc. (with additional funding) ;
- Encourage students to participate in cloud-native open source projects;
- Encourage students to conduct original scientific research based on cloud native technology and publish academic papers in high-level conferences and journals at home and abroad;
- The final report and the proof of the number of students who have started and selected courses provided by the Academic Affairs Office;
- Please clearly indicate that it is public and shareable.
