1. Challenges faced by the development of informatization in colleges and universities

Teachers and students in colleges and universities have used various Internet services for a long time, and they have also put forward higher requirements for the user experience of informatization construction.

Third, with the rapid development of cloud computing, 5G, artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain and other technologies, new information infrastructure is also facing upgrades. How to combine emerging technologies with school applications to provide better services for schools and become a Problems to be solved.

2. Practical ideas of informatization in colleges and universities

The "business middle platform" with shared capabilities for business integration is becoming the focus of the future development of smart campuses. When facing the needs of several colleges, we fully investigate the investment in the construction of supercomputing centers and the return on use of the supercomputing centers of our sister colleges, and fully discuss with our colleges the requirements for using computing resources, Frequency of use, etc. In the end, we chose the method of purchasing cloud services + overall planning, which not only met the needs of the college’s supercomputing, but also saved investment expenses and personnel investment in operation and maintenance management.

During the epidemic period, it is a big problem for visitors to enter the school. When entering the school, the interviewee provides the visitor with an appointment QR code, and the visitor fills in the personal identification information. It greatly simplifies the verification workload of the doorman and reduces the burden on the respondents. After the verification is passed, the visitor information is synchronized to the access control system in real time, and the submitted license plate number is automatically pushed to the motor vehicle access control system, and the vehicle authorization is issued according to the audited entry and exit time. To each school gate, the time for motor vehicles to wait in line at the school gate for verification is shortened. While many tasks of interpersonal contact are handled online, the process is also simplified and optimized, which improves the work efficiency of all parties.

During the epidemic prevention and control period, according to the school's overall planning and requirements for epidemic prevention and control, we jointly created the "Smart Campus Teachers and Students Health and Safety Management Platform" with Tencent Cloud's RayData big data visualization system to realize the joint presentation of multi-terminal and multi-source data, assisting The school effectively manages the health and safety of teachers and students. By connecting the national epidemic data, the school's overall overview data and the IoT equipment data, the platform centrally displays the school's epidemic prevention and control status and the current campus epidemic prevention situation, forming a visual "one picture" and realizing the college management "one-click knowledge of the overall situation". ” to provide data support for school operation monitoring, rapid disposal, and command coordination.

(3) Solve the problem of innovation and benefit from the old, and realize value innovation

The development of school informatization is affected by multiple factors such as the national overall plan, school development plan, information technology development, and the epidemic. This requires us to do top-level design planning and combine long-term development with short-term construction. Only in this way can we ensure that we can make use of the old in the future, protect the value of past informatization investment and construction, and generate new value through innovation.

The sudden outbreak of the epidemic has brought great changes to our teaching organization and security work. We must respond to the call of the Ministry of Education to "suspend classes without teaching, and without stopping learning", make full use of national platform resources and on-campus platform teaching resources, and quickly organize online teaching. To complete this work in such a short period of time, we can only make use of the old, using the past construction foundations such as multimedia classrooms, coupled with simple information technology transformation, to complete the technical realization of online and offline synchronous teaching in more than 200 classrooms, and give the whole school Teachers' technical support and guarantee work has carried out an unprecedented large-scale online teaching practice, successfully responded to the crisis of suspension of teaching and schooling brought about by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and set off a "learning revolution". 3. Prospects and plans for the transformation and development of informatization in colleges and universities
