Theory + practice PrivacyIN ZK training camp with 100 participants
The first ZK training camp of PrivacyIN Privacy Academy initiated by the LatticeX Foundation has ended nearly a month of courses. Intensive and practical, practical courses are widely respected by cryptography enthusiasts.
In the first and second weeks of the course, Assistant Professor Zhang Yupeng, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Texas A&M University, vividly explained the basic knowledge of ZKP cryptography, and provided an overview of current ZKP research, together with his classmates Explore the classic protocols of zkSNARKs (Groth16, Plonk, Stark), and analyze the basic principles of protocol implementation in simple language.
In the third week of the course, Dr. Han Siyuan from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology explained the introduction to ZKP circuit application in detail, including the overview of L2 circuit development, zkEVM research, ZK classic circuit analysis, etc. A large number of actual cases have generated heated discussions among the students.
In the last week of the course, senior cryptography engineer Kevin explained the circuit application practice in detail, and used Snarkjs+Circom to build a simple application example of ZKP neural network prediction and publish it to the blockchain network. The workflow includes: parameter construction, circuit design, zkey generation, verification contract, transaction and verification, etc. Fully enhance the students' practical perception and ability.
Among the students in this training camp are developers from well-known companies such as Google, Tiktok, and Twitter, as well as students from universities such as Stanford, Tokyo University, and Tsinghua University. In addition, there are hundreds of students who participated in the online learning outside the field. Together with the students in the training camp, they listened carefully to the class and completed their homework with high quality.
It is worth mentioning that, in order to make more students and developers around the world participate in the learning of cryptography, PrivacyIN invited Wang Xiao, assistant professor of Northwestern University, to participate in the first open class of cryptography, and introduced the machine based on the ZK protocol. Learn privacy-preserving design, and analyze the structure of the Mystique protocol and the problems it solves in detail. In the follow-up PrivacyIN will invite more top cryptography experts, scholars and engineers from around the world to bring inspiring and applied open courses to developers.

After the nearly one-month course, the graduation design of ZK training camp has been launched. The design of the graduation design is not only to test the staged learning results, but also to explore the integration of theory and practice.
During this period, teachers, academic leaders and institutional investment mentors in the training camp will participate in the whole process, aiming to discover different "sparks" in the graduation design. At the same time, students participating in the graduation design will receive generous incentives. Excellent graduation design works have the opportunity to be favored by first-line investment institutions, helping to become the first stop for entrepreneurship in the ZK field.
In the future, PrivacyIN will carry out a series of technical training, research community and project innovation incubation around modern cryptography technology.
