Of course, you have to make your own judgment.
After all, there is no perfect company, and there will always be people complaining.

If you have not been able to get the offer for the first test job, it may be possible to lower the requirements, and outsourcing can be the first place to settle.
Allow yourself half a year to a year to accumulate practical work experience.
At the same time, remind yourself: keep learning, don't boil frogs in warm water.

Secondly, it is not recommended to go to companies that are too small.
My definition of small is a company with less than 50 people.
