Arcan 0.7 – The All Tomato

Project progress: Concluding first NLnet grant and entering third phase of 'anarchy on the desktop'. 0.7 is last window for trailing features, 0.8 for performance tuning, 0.9 for hardening attack surfaces.
New NLnet grants: Received two grants - one by me (https://nlnet.nl/project/Arca... and one by Cipharius (https://nlnet.nl/project/Arca..., both building on networking layer.

- Legacy Strategy: SHMIF and A12 verified to ensure previous functionality persists
Core engine release: This release has mostly fixes. Highlights include network tool mapping private file store, new streaming/sharing tool, trainable mouse gestures, etc.
Lash#Cat9: Lua scripting environment around curses replacement. Added features like Debug Adapter Protocol, interactive spreadsheet, 'ls' replacement, etc.
Xarcan: Can be used as display driver and security/control plane. Synchronizes X11 and Wayland information. Planned changes include reusing 'platform' layer for Xarcan DDX.
Future plans: Drop XNest/Xephyr, XAce, XFree86. Compartment and apply policy based on client origin. Minor cleanups for GLAMOR and XDND.
Going to 38c3: Final reveal next year.
