为新的 oils.pub 域名要做的事情

Overview: In 2025-01-08, OilShell is moving to the oils.pub domain. The final post Oils 0.24.0 - Closures, Objects, and Namespaces was written and belongs as the corresponding tarball is published there.
TODO List:
- Publish the first new post.
- Create links both ways.
- Highlight important posts on the old site.
Enhancements:
- Create friendly pages for OSH and YSH.
- Mirror portions of the Wiki to the oils.pub domain.
- Implement git push-to-deploy.
Releases: There are already 2 releases on oils.pub: Oils 0.25.0 and Oils 0.26.0.
Conclusion: From now on, publish on oils.pub, and the old oilshell.org will remain as a historical archive.
Appendix: Dreamhost SSH has become unreliable. Moved from FastCGI to CGI and disallowed crawling of .wwz files. Contacted support multiple times and may migrate when git push-to-deploy is figured out.
