康卡斯特旗下的全国广播公司（NBC）太爱奥巴马了，右翼政治行动委员会（PAC）声称

A right-wing PAC, Conservative War Chest (CWC), claims that Comcast-owned NBC is manipulating news to hide Obama's shortcomings and opposes Comcast's proposed acquisition of Time Warner Cable (TWC).
- CWC issued a press release describing "appearance of collusion by NBC with Obama Administration officials and Democratic activists to shape the news agenda."
- Comcast purchased NBCUniversal during Obama's first term and is seeking FCC approval for the TWC merger.
- CWC claims "potential collusion is critical as Comcast seeks government favors" and NBC is already "helping cover up scandals."
Comcast denied the accusations, stating it has a strict non-interference policy with the news division.
On broadband policy, Comcast is not in line with Obama. The president urged FCC to reclassify broadband providers, while Comcast opposes. Obama also lobbies to end state laws preventing cities from building their own broadband networks.
Conservative War Chest is convinced of a close relationship between Comcast and Obama. It was founded one year ago and spent $311,320 in the 2014 election cycle, mostly on advertising. Most money comes from a Texas organization. It "intends to raise funds in unlimited amounts" and aims to "turn every blue state red."
CWC spokesman Mike Flynn said Comcast needs Obama's approval for the TWC merger and asks what they will get in exchange.
Most opposition to the merger comes from Democrats and liberal groups. CWC made its displeasure clear in a two-minute ad and is trying to get it aired in presidential swing states.
The group's letter to NBC Affiliate owners says NBC viewers haven't been exposed to much news about Obama Administration scandals. It claims things will get worse if Comcast buys TWC, citing various actions like politicizing sports and supporting certain figures.
Conservative War Chest didn't provide a source for the "two-thirds" figure but said it refers to control of the broadband cable market. In reality, Comcast would divest some customers and not have close to two-thirds of US subscribers in various aspects.
