- Updates in MapLibre Native, Web, Martin Tile Server, and added a new hosted project.

MapLibre Native:
- Plugin layers: Allows custom layers with style spec extensions. Design proposal merged, implementation near completion. Limited to iOS initially and no access to sources. Can use low-level graphics API directly.
- Action Journal for Debugging: A persistent log of library actions to help with crash investigation.
- Dynamic Texture Atlas for Glyphs: Reduces memory usage with a new texture atlas.
- Goodbye legacy renderer: Legacy OpenGL ES renderer replaced with a modular one. Code parts removed.
- Releases: MapLibre iOS: 6.13.0, 6.14.0; MapLibre Android: 11.8.8, 11.8.9, 11.9.0.
MapLibre Web:
- Hillshade Rendering: v5.5.0 released with support for multiple hillshade methods and bug fixes.
- New Team Member: Marc Wilson joined as Graphics Engineer.
- Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) support: A new COG protocol extension improves raster data loading.
Martin Tile Server:
- v0.17.0 released with S3 and S3-Compatible Storage Support, improved caching with ETags, and configurable CORS settings.
- New Hosted Project: MapLibre for Compose Multiplatform onboarded as a hosted project.
- Meet at State of the Map US: The MapLibre team will be at the event in Boston from June 19-21.
- Monthly Meetings: Regular community calls on the second and last Wednesdays. Upcoming calls include MapLibre Navigation, Native, and GL JS. Eastern call on June 25 at 9:00-10:00 AM UTC. Zoom links shared in Slack.
