windows下golang竟然会改cmd的图标，简直想笑死我……

系统Windows8.1 x64
go version go1.7.3 windows/amd64

开始是npp里面的项目右键->打开所在文件夹(命令行)，我还去看了下npp的源代码
没想到运行里输入C:\windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe接打开cmd还是这个问题……

在github上这个issue都jb过去三年了还是没Closed，叫我删了GoDocServer的快捷方式或者换个空图标233
