2015年发布的一份报告显示，在技术部门工作的从业者当中只有25%是女性，这个数字过去十年一直在下降，人数甚至低于2002年。
基于对全球近14000 IT安全专业人士的调查显示，在过去的几年里，女性在IT安全工作人员当中的比例只有10%。 但是数据显示，女性正在学术焦点，计算机科学与工程方面取代男性，并且高等学历比例超过男性。
我们无意对性别歧视、比例失衡等问题进行鞭挞和谴责，但我们衷心希望在科技领域，永远有属于每一位有志有能力女性的一席之地。

A report in 2015 shows there are only 25% female professionals in the IT industry or IT department. The number has been decreasing during the past 10 years, which has gone lower than that in 2002.

The numbers in another survey shows, in the past decade, among the 14000 professionals, there are only 10% female professionals working in Information security field globally. However, the number of females in Academic Research of Computer Science and Engineering is higher than the number of males, with higher percentage of achieving advanced degree of education.

We are not highlighting about the gender racial or talking about gender discrimination, but rather, we sincerely wish, and we know that women could take some great roles in the technology industry.

陈 晴 Prince Chen

Prince拥有五年Linux相关工作经验，她自学Linux并成为了Linux的讲师。为了更深入地实践，开始从事云计算、在线游戏、门户网站、互联网金融信息服务等行业工作。她从Linux初级做到高级工程师，同时担任SAP的技术顾问。Prince认可和赞同开源精神，认为开源的核心是共享。
