webapp在ios上将数字转变成了链接显示，怎么解决？

webapp在iphone上显示的时候，将数字都转变成了链接（识别成了电话号码？），如下图所示

搜索到的相关解决方案

但好像没起作用，有什么相关比较好的解决方案？
