PHP 红包算法

Question

1. 红包总金额
2. 不限制红包个数
3. 限制红包，最大，最小值
4. 每个人拆红包的时候， 不超过红包总金额就可以获取到红包

基于以上要求，有什么好的方式，可以实现呢

简单写了一下，已发的红包金额$count应该保存到memcache或redis里,每次取发红包将数值累加，不超过总金额。
示例：（已发的红包金额临时保存在静态变量，需要改造）
