遇到同样问题，查看kubernetes plugin页面发现，已经不支持该类型credentials
Supported credentials include:

• Username/password
• Secret File (kubeconfig file)
• Secret text (Token-based authentication) (OpenShift)
• Google Service Account from private key (GKE authentication)
• X.509 Client Certificate

使用X.509 Client Certificate类型后，成功！
