“start”参数无法匹配到与数据索引相关的位置

我不知道为什么我的“开始”预测不起作用。我对 pd.to_datetime 添加了一些编辑，但它们没有用。

这是我的代码：

而且我的错误日志总是指我的时间格式，我之前不得不重新采样我的数据，从每日数据到每月数据，然后才开始分析数据和解决数据，但我不知道为什么我的数据可以不能使用 pd.todatetime 读取。
