我想在我的应用程序中使用 TabLayout fragment 和 --- 和 ViewPager 。
但我想禁用点击 TabLayout fragment 切换， 只需滑动 即可在 fragmenst 之间切换。

您在 setupWithViewPager 之前访问选项卡，这就是您的代码无法正常工作的原因。所以首先设置选项卡然后设置touchlistener代码。
