文件将被安装到 site.USER_BASE （以下写为 userbase ）的子目录中。

您可以这样查看您的 USER_BASE 值：

 $ python -c "import site; print(site.USER_BASE)"
/Users/csaftoiu/Library/Python/2.7

我发现在我的机器上，这 是 在 sys.path 上，但它位于全局安装目录之后。

我通过将此添加到我的 ~/.bash_profile 来解决它：
