视频持久化处理的问题

同时在policy设置了 CallBackUrl和 PersistentNotifyUrl
刚上传完成为何 PersistentNotifyUrl也收到了通知 而且code是0 不是转码完成才主动通知的吗？

而且每次使用这个 http://api.qiniu.com/status/get/prefop?id= 去查询状态都是
{"error":"not such id in prefop"}

转码完成后会根据设置，发送通知。
尔后会移除相关id的记录。
