qrsync.Run failed 阻塞所有同步

Question

使用 MAC 版本CLI 工具, BuildVersion:
qrsync v2.7.20140630

以为最新版本能加速呢,但是,发现对原先一直同步良好的目录,有意外block 了所有后续传送,
反复的相同erro 如下:

经查,失败的文件是: Icon 一个解开字体压缩文件时,正常的无后缀文件,

请问怎么办?

0字节上传是OK的，这个文件名不正常，里面有\r，mac term下也无法正常显示
