预转持久化音频文件格式转换问题

1. 七牛支不支持audio/ogg格式的音频文件？
2. 根据七牛的sdk上传MP3格式文件并设置$putPolicy->PersistentOps = 'audio/ogg'，得到返回的persistentId，然后根据此id查询音频文件的处理状态，返回的数据为

请问七牛的格式转换处理一般需要多长时间？

1. 七牛肯定支持ogg格式转码，具体可以参考支持转换的视频格式
2. 从你perisistentId查到的内容可以很明显看到你没有指定pipeline，也就是使用的共享队列进行视频转码的，所以肯定会需要做比较久的等待。

解决方案：你可以在https://portal.qiniu.com/mps/pipeline/intro设置pipeline，然后在pfop操作中指定&pipeline=(Pipeline Name)，这样指定独享音视频处理队列会快很多。
