看错误信息Genymotion没问题，VirtualBox启动的时候出现兼容性错误。
按照它给的提示，你可以直接运行 VirtualBox，然后就知道什么错误，再找解决方案。
"incompatible state"，我想应该是兼容性的问题吧，检查下你系统多少位的，安装的 VirtualBox 是多少位的。

。在我的电脑上可以。win10 的系统，网络设置里-》更改是适配器选项-》VirtualBox Host-Only Network-》属性-》把"Virtualbox NDIS6 Bridget Networking Driver"这项勾上就OK了

我下载的是：genymotion-2.6.0-vbox.exe 143 MB 的，
