iOS sdk 编译问题

Question

为什么我直接下载的 sdk都不能在xcode 里直接编译成功呢 ？
要不少 libQiniuSdk ios.a,

要不这个错误
diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory
diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory
error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

哪我不想用 cocoapods,直接 xcode不可以吗，

我删除 check pods manifest.lock
和 pods resources里的 shell

有报错 找不到 HappyDNS.h 请问下，哪里有类似的文档介绍，或者告诉下怎么能直接处理这些问题，必须的安装 cocoapods吗？
